Unlock a World of Learning
We’re on a mission to provide students across London with access to books, educational support, and the joy of discovery. Every donation, whether a book, your time, or a small contribution, helps build brighter futures.
Why does It Matter?
Education Shouldn’t Depend on Circumstance
In communities across London, too many students are being left behind due to limited resources, underfunded schools, and unequal access to books and support. We believe every child deserves the chance to explore, learn, and grow, no matter where they’re from.
By donating books, funds, or your time, you directly support students who need it most. Your contribution fuels curiosity, empowers potential, and helps create lifelong learners.
Book Donations Help Bridge the Education Gap in London
Where Our Story Began…
The Page Ahead Project began with a single story, of a classmate who was failed by her school system, allowed to sit only two GCSEs, and left without the opportunities she deserved. That experience lit a fire in our founder, Rufus Poole, to make a change.
As a passionate reader and student at St Paul’s School, Rufus started this project to give back to the community through the power of books. We believe reading inspires curiosity, joy, and a lifelong love of learning. We’re committed to making those experiences available to every student, regardless of background.
How You Can Help
Whether you’re clearing off a bookshelf, offering a donation, or signing up to volunteer at one of our local events, there’s a place for you in this movement. Every contribution helps us reach more students, more schools, and more futures filled with potential.
